She wanted to surprise him with something unforgettable — something personal, intimate, and completely unique. As a wedding gift to her groom, she chose a boudoir session that captured her beauty, confidence, and the love she feels as they step into this next chapter together. What started as a gift for him quickly became an empowering experience just for her, too.

Here's what Samantha had to say about her Boudoir Experience with our team:

What made you decide to have this boudoir experience? Is your story/life experiences what led you here?

"I decided to do the boudoir session mostly because I knew my fiance would love it. It is definitely not something that I would have had the confidence to sign up for just for me. I would say after completing the boudoir session, it was such a confidence booster and a wow moment for me that I have zero regrets."

"I would rate my experience a 10/10 on my experience with the Matt Mathew's team. No one made me feel awkward, the energy was so good, and the products were amazing."

How did you feel BEFORE having your photo session?

"Before my photoshoot I was nervous! I had some idea of what to expect and then I was nervous about how my body would look in the photos."

Was your session with Matt or Bri?

"I had a photoshoot with Bri."

Were you comfortable during your session?

"I was comfortable the whole time!"

How did we make you feel? Did we give clear instructions on posing? 

"I was made to feel gorgeous and confident, despite being half naked in a room of people I just met. The instructions on posing were clear and even when I didn't get it all the way, Bri tweaked it so it was perfect."

What was your FAVORITE part of the overall experience?

"My favorite part of the experience was when my jaw hit the floor seeing the end product. I wasn't sure how I was gonna pick which photos I wanted to keep for my fiancé. "

How did you feel AFTER your shoot? What did doing this shoot do for your self confidence, self worth, and self image? Did you discover anything about yourself that you didn't know was there or that you forgot was there? Tell us your story. 

"After my photoshoot, I had such a confidence boost. I have struggled with self confidence and body dysmorphia my entire life, so to see myself that way was unreal. Looking at the images Bri created, I couldn't believe that was me! "

"Any advice for other women considering a boudoir session of their own?"

"If you're a woman on the fence or nervous to do this like I was, just keep pushing past that feeling, because I PROMISE it's gonna be worth it."

Was our Prep Material that you received before your Boudoir Session helpful during the planning process? Was there any part that you think should be added?

"The prep material was clear and helpful. I followed most of them before my session"

How would you rate the hair and makeup done by our Glam Goddess, Lauren? 

"Hair and makeup is 10000/10. She listened to what I had in my mind and made it better. She accentuated my natural beauty and the way it looks in the photos speaks for itself."

Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience?

"I would like to tell the Matt Mathews team thank you again for making me feel beautiful and confident. Thank you for playing a part in my wedding day!"
