What made you choose Matt Mathews Photography for your boudoir experience? 

I chose Matt for my boudoir experience after meeting him at his workshop earlier this year. Matt was so fun to be around and so positive, I knew I could trust him to make me feel amazing. I also LOVE his work with plus size women. Not every photographer can do us justice but Matt killed it

What was your favorite part about your session?

My favorite part about my session was that we were laughing the whole time. It was a little intimidating being sexy with my husband in front of the camera, but Matt made us feel totally comfortable. One of my favorite shots of the day is us laughing.

Where you nervous about your shoot?

I was a little nervous before my shoot because I recently lost some weight and wasn’t totally comfortable in my body. After I saw myself in the mirror and the magic Casey has created I felt better, and when I saw a back of the camera shot from Matt all my nerves went away immediately.

What are you taking away from your boudoir experience?

I walked out of Matt’s studio on top of the world. My husband did too!! When we looked through the photos together we just couldn’t believe that was us and how well Matt captured us. It gave us both a much needed confidence boost.

Would you recommend a boudoir session to your friends?

I would recommend a boudoir shoot to everyone. It’s a celebration of your beauty and such an empowering experience. It’s also just a ton of fun!
